I'm cleaning up around the lake of Moor Park. It's a paddling pool donated by the mayor of Preston after the Second World War when Moor Park had a hospital for wounded soldiers.
The paddling pool has now become a nature reserve due to lockdown and is full of ducklings, terrapins, coots and many other small animals.
The wind blows more cigarette stubs and plastic into the paddling pool, which is already full of them and also a discarded shopping trolley.
I'm drawing awareness to this so the council will clean up!
